Yes. Every officer we deploy holds a current Alberta Security Services and Investigators Act licence and has completed Alberta Basic Security Training before their first shift. We verify licence status continuously and can supply licence numbers for any officer assigned to your site.
For most locations in Calgary and Edmonton we can place officers on site within 24 hours, and we routinely mobilise emergency fire watch and post-incident cover the same day. Remote camps and northern sites typically require 48–72 hours for travel and accommodation.
Our core coverage is Alberta and British Columbia, with permanent offices in Calgary, Edmonton, Fort McMurray, Hinton, St. Catharines and Yellowknife. Through our partner network we also support projects in the United States, United Kingdom, Dubai and Africa.
Yes. Our monitoring operates 24 hours a day, every day of the year. Verified alarm and video events are actioned immediately — we contact your nominated key holders and dispatch police or a mobile response unit as your response plan dictates.
That combination is what we do best. Remote video surveillance handles wide-area coverage and out-of-hours detection, while officers provide the physical response and presence that technology alone cannot. Most clients find the blended model gives better coverage at a lower total cost than guarding alone.
Guarding is quoted at an hourly rate per officer based on site risk, shift pattern and required certifications. Electronic security is quoted as a fixed installation cost plus a monthly monitoring fee. Every quotation is itemised, with no long lock-in required.
