President & Project Coordinator

Dixon Usen is a seasoned security solutions specialist with a strong foundation in electronics and communications technology. With over 20 years of experience spanning sales, technical operations and management at leading firms including ADT Security Services and GardaWorld, Dixon consistently exceeds performance goals while delivering tailored, high-impact solutions. His commitment to innovation and industry advancement reinforces Equity Security’s reputation as a trusted leader.

Captain Dean Hopkins (Retired)

Senior Security Case Manager

Dean is a retired commissioned officer who rose through the ranks from private soldier to Captain during a military career spanning 30 years. An extensive part of that time was spent training soldiers to work in dangerous theatres of operation. Dean brings a wealth of security experience to our team as a proactive, hands-on senior security case manager, and is always willing to assist clients with their security needs and concerns.

Randall Williamson

Director of Business Development

Randall was President of the Calgary Chamber of Commerce and has been with Equity Security for over six years. Prior to joining our team he was manager of branch operations for Arvor, an acquisition firm in Ontario. He brings more than 28 years of experience across marketing, sales and security.

Julie Ebosiem

Managing Director, Edmonton

Julie serves as Managing Director of our Edmonton office, bringing over 20 years of experience in project management, sales and marketing. For the past six years she has successfully managed operations in Red Deer and Edmonton. Alongside her managerial role, Julie provides valuable assistance throughout the recruitment process.
